David Harrison has significant experience in a broad range of complex business and corporate law matters.  He has served as in-house counsel for a publicly traded corporation, providing daily legal advice on a broad range of business and corporate law matters.  Before forming The Harrison Firm, PC, he was a shareholder-member of a top rated downtown law firm.  He has been involved in public stock and bond offerings, he has drafted Securities and Exchange Commission public reports, he has drafted proxy statements, he has been responsible for Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, he has drafted private placement disclosure documents, he has been involved in antitrust litigation, and he has been involved in mergers and acquisitions, leading due diligence investigations, and negotiating and drafting merger agreements of public corporations.  David Harrison has broad experience in employment law matters.  He has developed Affirmative Action Compliance Plans.  He has been involved in investigations by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  He has been involved in Occupational Safety and Health investigations and litigation.  David Harrison has been involved in Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation compliance matters.

David Harrison also has significant experience representing small businesses of many types.  He has formed countless small business entities in his career and represented many small businesses in a broad range of legal matters.  He has drafted or reviewed contracts, leases and many other legal documents.  He has provided advice to small business owners on a regular basis for many years.
